  • What types of insurance do you acccept?

    At Memphis Health and Wellness, we do not take insurance except for Flex Spending or Health Savings credit cards. We do not file insurance, so payment is required at the time of service. We do, however, provide documentation you will need to file with your insurance company for any covered expenses. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), we can accept this as a form of payment.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our clinic operates from Monday to Thursday with hours from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. We kindly request that you contact us in advance to schedule your appointment.

  • What types of payment methods do you accept?

    At Memphis Health and Wellness, we accept most major forms of payment includng cash, care credit, major credit cards, and checks. If you want to know whether or not we take a specific payment form, please contact us, and we'll be more than happy to go over it with you!
